The ‘perpetual analyst,’ Michael serves as director of research for TDG and consults with a number of the world’s leading technology companies. His expertise spans a variety of subjects related to consumer technologies and new media, with a particular focus on broadband adoption, home networks, broadband-enabled services, and the evolution the “connected consumer.” He is widely considered to be among the world’s leading consumer technology and digital home analysts.
Michael graduated with honors from the University of Chicago, earning a Master’s of Art in Interdisciplinary Social Science in which he blended studies in sociology, psychology, social theory, and philosophy. Prior to Chicago, Michael graduated with honors from the University of Central Oklahoma, earning a Bachelor’s of Arts in Philosophy.

Andy Tarczon has spent the past 15 years in consumer technologies. As a product manager, he was responsible for some of the earliest efforts to connect wireless data networks to Internet information sources. He has consulted with numerous storage companies, video providers, and consumer electronics manufacturers helping leverage and monetize media within the home network. For the past five years he has served as TDG’s Founding Partner and General Manager, working directly with clients on innovative video products that harness the power of the open Internet to deliver new services and device categories.

Predrag is a seasoned business executive and consultant with diverse experience in networking and multimedia technologies. He has served as chief strategist, VP, and system architect and has extensive experience in the development and marketing of connected consumer electronics, multimedia and communications, and embedded networking.
While at Digital 5, Predrag conceived and managed execution of the business plan for the introduction of a networked DVD player - the first "consumer AV device" in a connected CE market.
Predrag holds a Ph.D. From Drexel University.

Hisa has over 20 years of experience in the Asia Pacific IT industry and has held executive level positions in several companies. His most recent position was VP Business Development, Asia Pacific at Orb Networks. While at Orb Networks Hisa was responsible for developing a licensing agreement for the distribution of Orb onto all Microsoft Mobile devices shipped in Japan. Prior to joining Orb, Hisa was VP of Business Development, AP at Migo Software.
Hisa has also worked at other well known IT companies including: Connectix, Liberate Technologies, Electronics for Imaging, Inc., Apple Computer, Inc., SuperMac Technologies, Inc. and Ashton-Tate.
Hisa graduated from San Jose State University with a degree in Advertising.

Pam Allison

Pam Allison focuses on helping companies monetize content utilizing digital media. She has served as a consultant for companies such as DIRECTV and Disney building strategies for both content and customers.
At Disney’s New Technology Strategy group, Pam developed digital media strategies and business models for Disney’s content from a corporate perspective. She helped develop ecosystems for new content opportunities, including partnerships for the new ecosystems, and worked internally to collaborate with business units to align with the company’s objectives. Pam previously worked as a product manager at Movielink. Her strong business development, product management, content, and technical background enables her to work with clients to develop their digital media strategies while understanding the ecoystem as well as the customer.
Pam holds a BA in Management Engineering from Claremont McKenna College, a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University, and an MBA and MS in Computer Science from UCLA.

Margaret "Peggy" Dau

Peggy had a diverse career at Hewlett-Packard Company from 1985 – 2009.
As the Director for the Digital Media Program in Hewlett-Packard’s Communications, Media Entertainment Business Group, Peggy was responsible for developing HP’s strategy for content management and content distribution solutions for Service Providers and Media & Entertainment companies. Her responsibilities included business strategy, solution development, strategic partnerships and overall HP value proposition.
Peggy has spoken at industry events such as National Association of Broadcasters (NAB), International Broadcast Conference (IBC), IPTV World Forum, Streaming Media East and CTIA.
